Food & Nutrition / Hospitality Teacher - Permanent, full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join our supportive and collegial Technology Faculty. We are looking for a teacher with experience and skills in teaching Food & Nutrition at junior and senior levels, and Hospitality. 

Previously, we have advertised this as a part-time position, but with staff changes, we are now seeking a full-time teacher, with a programme of 13 hours per week of Food & Nutrition / Hospitality, and the ability / willingness to teach in another area of the school to make up the remaining hours (the ability to teach Music would be an advantage!)

Applicants will be creative, collaborative and flexible in their teaching, and must be able to create a classroom environment that engages all learners. Applicants should be well versed in the NZ Curriculum, including the changes to curriculum and NCEA assessment.

Physical Education & Health Teacher - Permanent, full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Physical Education and Health teacher to join our team. We offer a wide range of courses for our students, including academic and non-academic PE classes, popular Years 9 and 12-13 Adventure Education courses and an innovative Athlete Development Programme in Year 10 and 11. 

Applicants will be committed to developing modern teaching and learning practices and will be familiar with NCEA and the New Zealand Curriculum. An ability to teach Adventure Education is an advantage.
